Day Sixteen

Second day of having plenty of juice and plenty of energy. And for dinner I made a smoothie-type drink I read from another blogger I follow. It has 2 apples, lots of carrots, then pour that into a blender with a banana, add lots of cinnamon and ice, liquify and you're done! It's very tasty. Oh! And I lost another 3lbs this week. The weight is definitely not coming off as quickly as it did the first couple of weeks. I'm going to have to step up the workouts. But my total weight lost is almost 15lbs! Woo hoo!
