I've started my 10 day cleanse today. I'm looking forward to the fabulous feeling I get when I'm juicing. This go round I won't have that awkward beginning phase where I have to get through some pretty disgusting juices in order to find the ones I really like. I went to the store today and knew exactly what to buy. And I'm doing it by myself this time so my least favorite thing about juicing, which is having to actually make the juice every night, will be significantly lessened. It's a good day. : )
I've decided to eat my vegetables for dinner rather then drink them. It might be a mistake, but I really don't like the taste of the vegetable juices that I make. I also gained 5 lbs the week after I started eating foods again, which I hear is normal due to water weight gain, but I am hoping that the fact that my body's digestive system won't completely be turning off perhaps the weight gain won't be so drastic when I'm done. And if I don't think the results are quite the same, then my next 10 day juice cleanse I can go back to just juice. It's all a part of the juicing journey!
